Who we are

Appiah Information Technology Systems(“AITS”) is a technology consulting business registered in Ghana, operating from Presidential Floor (9th Floor), Mövenpick Ambassador Hotel, Accra, Ghana. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

What we collect

When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, organisation (where given), the service you selected, and the content of your message. We do not collect payment details, government identifiers, or special category data through this site.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and, where a working relationship follows, to correspond with you about it. We do not sell personal data, and we do not add enquirers to marketing lists without a separate, explicit signup.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to twenty-four months, after which it is deleted unless it forms part of an ongoing client relationship or we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.

Your rights

Under Ghana’s Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 843) you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within the statutory period. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your colour theme preference is stored locally in your browser and is never transmitted to us.

Processors

Contact form messages are delivered through an email service provider acting on our instructions. Website hosting is provided by our infrastructure partner. Both process data only to provide those services.
